Our long barrel copper lugs are designed for outdoor use. They have no inspection window to seal the lug from any water ingress. The extra-long barrel allows for extra crimps where needed in high stress areas, such as outdoor termination kits. The CJS long barrel lugs are designed to be crimped with standard hexagon dies.
