DESCRIPTION

PLY-69L is an ethylene propylene rubber based high voltage tape possessing excellent electrical and physical
properties. It is a liner less, self-bonding tape that permits much quicker taping speeds than a tape with a liner and yields a uniform, void free build-up. The excellent stretch of PLY-69L allows conformability to the most complex shapes and contours. PLY-69L is compatible with all extruded dielectric cable insulations.

RECOMMENDED USES

 For insulating and jacketing of splices on power cables from 600 volts through to 69,000 volts and for building stress cones and jacketing of terminations on power cables from 600 volts through to 35,000 volts
