Our range of split bolt connectors are used for jointing aerial hard drawn copper conductors and to secure a wide range of standard copper conductors. Split bolts are made from a high conductivity copper alloy with captive saddle which applies an evenly distributed pressure to conductors. These split bolt connectors can be tensioned using a standard linesman’s spanner.
